We had the apple and manchego cheese salad--an elegantly crafted mixture of julienned apple and cheese--with chives and olio verde. The ceasar salad was your typical salad with an elevated crouton and shrimp and lastly the Ragu bolognese was very good. She was charming. Overall good food and service but I would have liked a bit more flavor for the price. First, I am still hesitant to dine inside, but we were shown to a great lakeside table across the street at their annexed patio. The seasonal spot is now open for patio dining. I liked it. Acqua never disappoints and this visit was no exception. The music was really loud (had to ask twice to turn it down), but otherwise our experience was wonderful. Service was also up to its usual high standards, from the moment you walk in the door until you walk out the door. You must try this kitchen. We had an absolutely wonderful dinner.
